PART 3 : AMAZING TEMPLES IN BALI

Bali is considered the island of beauty and mystery. There are over 20,000 temples spread throughout Bali. Baliness temples are unique in architecture and structure. Please have a look.

PURA TIRTA EMPUL 

I have wonderful time at Tirta Empul, the water is very clear and there are many real big fishes. They said Tirta Empul mean "holy water spring", you can try out the purification bathing ritual yourself.

This pond have something really amazing so you should check out, it is located behind bathing area.

PURA BESAKIH 

This temple is also called "Mother temple" by the Balinese. It hosts the most spectacular festivals.

I think it's the largest temple of Hindu religion in Bali.You can visit here by yourself, no need a tourguide because it cost around 100,000 rupiah/per.

PURA ULUN DANU

This is a small temple built on an island in Lake Beratan.Cloudy mountain backdrop, fresh air and you can hear the bird song.So peaceful!

We found this place on the way to Unlun Danu Temple, it's like a gate of paradise right?

GOA GAJAH TEMPLE

It's also called "Elephant Cave" , the entrane of cave look like an open mouth, you can go to inside. Actually it's a little bit scary for me, it's dark and on the right side, they place 3 black stones. These stones are Lingam, a phallic symbol in Hindu religion.
